Quick Exhaust Valve
A quick exhaust valve is a pneumatic valve designed to rapidly release air directly from an actuator to the atmosphere instead of sending it back through the control valve. This allows cylinders and actuators to retract or extend much faster, improving cycle times and overall machine performance.
Quick exhaust valves are commonly used in high-speed automation, packaging machinery, pick-and-place systems, and production lines where fast response is critical. They increase efficiency, reduce back pressure, and help achieve smoother, quicker motion in pneumatic actuators without increasing system pressure.
