Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Report within 48 hours — contact us within 48 hours of delivery for all damage or shortage claims
- Provide your order number — include your order reference for faster processing
- Attach photos — clear images of the damaged packaging and affected products are required to process the claim
- Do not discard packaging — retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
