Airmixs Co Ltd. makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all product information is entirely error-free.

• Product availability — all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice
• Pricing accuracy — prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change; the price at the time of confirmed order will apply
• Taxes and duties — displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, import duties, or shipping charges, which will be itemized at checkout
• Typographical errors — in the event of a pricing error, Airmixs reserves the right to cancel or amend any order placed at an incorrect price

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is only confirmed once you receive an official order confirmation from Airmixs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

The following conditions apply to all orders and payments:

• Order confirmation — you will receive a confirmation email with order details upon successful submission; this email does not constitute acceptance until verified by our team
• Payment methods — we accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; all transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Payment security — Airmixs does not store your full card details; all sensitive payment information is handled by certified payment processors
• Order cancellation — orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly; once dispatched, the return policy applies
• Minimum order quantities — certain industrial products may be subject to minimum order quantities, which will be clearly stated on the product page

Airmixs ships pneumatic and industrial automation products worldwide from our base in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Delivery timelines and conditions are subject to the following terms:

• Estimated delivery times — timelines provided at checkout are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or regional conditions
• Shipping charges — applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method
• Import duties and taxes — international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country; these charges are the buyer's sole responsibility
• Risk of loss — title and risk of damage or loss transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility
• Tracking — a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch; Airmixs is not liable for carrier delays once goods leave our facility

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following return and refund conditions apply:

• Return window — eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Return authorization — all returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our team; unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• Non-returnable items — custom-configured products, items that have been installed or used, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
• Defective or incorrect items — if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery; we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost
• Refund processing — approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned goods
• Return shipping costs — unless the return is due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges

All content published on the Airmixs website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, technical specifications, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Airmixs Co Ltd. or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal or business purchasing purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Airmixs:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airmixs Co Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use or misuse of the Airmixs website or purchased products
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through our website
• Any third-party claims arising from your actions or omissions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our website or services, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

• Informal resolution — contact us first; most matters can be resolved within 5 business days
• Mediation — if informal resolution fails, either party may propose mediation before formal proceedings
• Jurisdiction — formal legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Taipei City, Taiwan
