The PSL01 Speed Control Pneumatic Silencer combines noise reduction and exhaust flow adjustment into a single compact component. Featuring a male 1/8" thread (PT / BSPT / NPT / G), it installs directly into the exhaust ports of directional control valves, solenoid valves, and air cylinders to control cylinder speed while muffling air release noise.
Constructed with a heavy-duty brass threaded body, an adjustable control screw with a knurled locknut, and a porous sintered bronze filter core, the PSL01 allows precise tuning of exhaust flow. By adjusting the screw, operators can easily regulate cylinder stroke speed without requiring external throttle valves. Additionally, the sintered filter prevents foreign debris, dust, and metal particles from entering the valve's internal chambers.
