The BSL01 Standard Pneumatic Silencer is an essential exhaust muffler designed to reduce air release noise and safely diffuse exhaust pressure in industrial pneumatic systems. Featuring a male 1/8" thread (PT / BSPT / NPT / G), it threads directly into the exhaust ports of directional control valves, air cylinders, solenoids, and manifold blocks.
Constructed with a heavy-duty solid brass threaded base and a high-efficiency cone-shaped sintered bronze filter core, the BSL01 effectively dampens operational noise by diffusing airflow evenly. Its porous sintered structure also acts as a barrier to prevent dust, foreign particles, and environmental contaminants from entering internal valve components through the exhaust ports.
